Jimmy Bordeaux is wine shop and bar, which you can find The Rose and Monkey Hotel in Manchester, or online via Deliveroo. The idea was to make a french style poster inspired by the famous painter and typeface designer A.M Cassandre but with a modern twist. The posters are a mix between french wine culture and the vibrant city of Manchester. For this project I focused on the dynamics of the character design and used the wine to create a sensation of movement in a still frame. I also created a couple of assets for social media including an animated version of the character.
